Proxy Pricing and Top-Ups

All four ProxyMay products draw from the same balance. Below you'll find how billing works, what typical jobs cost, how the top-up bonus works and how to pay.

01

How do per GB and per IP billing differ?

ProxyMay charges in two ways: per GB, based on traffic used, and per IP, based on how many IPs you take.

ProductBillingStarting priceMeasured by
Rotating residential proxiesPer GB$0.80/GBData sent and received
Mobile proxiesPer GB$4.00/GBData sent and received
Static ISP proxiesPer IP$3.00 per IPNumber of IPs, same IP all month
Datacenter proxiesPer IP$1.20 per IPNumber of IPs

Per GB billing counts the data that actually moves, not the number of requests. Skip images and video and fetch only the text you need, and the same balance reads many more pages. Per IP billing depends only on how many IPs you hold, whatever the traffic, which makes costs easy to plan for steady, high-request work.

A failed request that you fetch again uses traffic again. On per GB products, cap your retries and store pages you've already fetched so you don't request them twice. Costs stay predictable.

02

Proxy cost examples by job

The same budget goes further or shorter depending on the product. Here's what $100 gets you.

JobProductWhat $100 covers
Public data collection, SEO rank checksRotating residential$100 at $0.80/GB is about 125 GB
Mobile ad verificationMobile$100 at $4.00/GB is about 25 GB
Running 10 of your own accountsStatic ISP10 IPs x $3.00, $30 in total
Bulk lookups on lightly protected sitesDatacenter50 IPs x $1.20, $60 in total

Most people mix jobs. For example, run your accounts on 10 static ISP IPs and spend the remaining $70 on 87.5 GB of rotating residential traffic. It's one balance, so nothing has to move between products.

Look at the kind of work, not just the unit price. If you read lots of lightly protected sites, datacenter proxies are billed per IP regardless of traffic and the math stays simple. If you need region-specific results or the site is strict about which traffic it accepts, rotating residential fits better. Use mobile proxies only when you truly need a phone user's view, and you keep the per GB price gap small.

For per GB products, check daily usage on the dashboard for the first few days and note the average. Sizing your next top-up becomes easy.

03

How to size your top-up by workload

The most accurate way to pick a top-up is to estimate a month of use. The examples below cover common workloads. Real usage depends on page size and request count, so treat them as starting points.

SituationExpected useTop-up example
Connection test and small collectionA few GB of rotating residentialThe minimum, $20
Daily price monitoringAround 100 GB of rotating residential$100 top-up, 20% bonus, $120 balance
Accounts plus collection20 static ISP IPs and 150 GB of rotating residential$200 top-up, 25% bonus, $250 balance
Mobile ads across several countries50 GB of mobile or more$300 top-up, 30% bonus, $390 balance

Working through the second row: a $120 balance at $0.80/GB gives 150 GB, enough for 3 GB a day over a full month. The third row spends $60 on 20 static ISP IPs at $3.00 per IP plus $120 on 150 GB of rotating residential, $180 in total, leaving $70.

Unsure about the first amount? Top up the minimum to check the connection and your usage, then match the bonus tiers from your second top-up on.

04

The top-up bonus grows with the amount

The bonus rate rises with the amount of a single top-up. Bonus tiers: $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50%.

The bonus is added as a separate line when the top-up is confirmed and credited, and it's counted once per top-up. For example, a $300 top-up adds a 30% bonus of $90 on its own line, for a $390 balance. Spent entirely on rotating residential at $0.80/GB, that's 487.5 GB.

Bonus balance works exactly like the rest of your balance on all four products. Once you know your workload, one larger top-up at a higher tier gets you more for the same spend than several small ones.

The numbers make it clear. Three $100 top-ups each earn 20%, for a total balance of $360. One $300 top-up earns 30%, for $390. That's $30 more for the same spend, or 37.5 GB more of rotating residential traffic.

05

Half minimum top-up in eligible regions

Each top-up can be between $20 and $10,000.

When you visit from one of 72 countries classed by the World Bank as low or lower-middle income, the minimum top-up drops by half to $10. Eligibility is based on the country you connect from, and the top-up screen reflects it. Bonus tiers and product prices are the same wherever you connect from.

So the same person sees the lower minimum when opening the top-up screen from an eligible country, and the standard minimum from elsewhere. Only the minimum changes; the maximum and the payment method stay the same.

06

How to pay with USDT TRC20

Top-ups are accepted only in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Follow these steps and your deposit matches exactly.

Before you start, make sure the wallet or exchange you send from supports USDT withdrawals on TRON. The same USDT on a different network is handled as a different asset.

  1. 1Pick a top-up card or enter an amount in the dashboard to create a deposit request.
  2. 2The screen shows a deposit address and an exact amount with 6 decimals.
  3. 3Send exactly that amount over TRC20 within 60 minutes. Deposits are matched by exact amount.
  4. 4Once the deposit is confirmed, it's credited to your balance, with any bonus added as a separate line.
  • Each account can have one open deposit request at a time
  • Don't send to a request older than 60 minutes; create a new one
  • Funds sent on another network cannot be recovered
  • When sending from an exchange, make sure the withdrawal fee isn't taken out of the amount you send

Your balance is credited after the network confirmation and our check are complete. The top-up history screen shows each request's status, amount received and transaction ID.

07

Balance withdrawals and refunds

Your balance can't be withdrawn to a wallet. It's for spending on proxy products.

If a service fails, isn't delivered, is canceled or isn't processed, that amount returns to your balance, ready to use on any product. Full conditions are in the refund policy.

Each top-up record keeps the amount, status, deposit address, amount actually received and transaction ID. These records are the reference for any deposit or crediting question, so keep the transaction ID from your sending wallet too; it speeds up any check.

That's why we suggest topping up only what you need at first, confirming which product fits your work, then scaling up along the bonus tiers once your usage is clear.

08

What to do after you top up

Once your balance is credited, copy a connection address from the dashboard and start. Setup steps for each tool are in the quick start, and common questions about top-ups and connections are in help.

No account yet? Sign up and get your access token first. The token is used both to log in and as your proxy password.

If you're choosing a product for the first time, the smoothest path is to confirm your connection with rotating residential proxies, then add static ISP, datacenter or mobile proxies as your work requires. Whatever you add draws from the same balance, so there's no separate payment.
