ProxyMay Terms of Service

These terms apply to the proxymay.com website, the account dashboard, and every proxy service delivered through the ProxyMay gateway.

When you create an account or connect to a proxy, you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be old enough and otherwise allowed to use this service under the laws of the country where you live. If you sign up for a company or organization, you must have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Signing up issues one access token in the format pm_XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX. You use this token to log in to the dashboard, and the same token is your proxy password.

• Save the token somewhere safe as soon as it is shown. The server keeps only a hash of the token and its last 4 characters, so the original token cannot be shown again.
• A lost token cannot be recovered. The balance and records of that account can no longer be opened.
• Anyone who holds the token can log in and spend the balance. You are responsible for how you store and share it.
• Up to 3 accounts can be created from one IP address.
• Login allows 10 tries per 10 minutes. After that limit, wait a little and try again.

If you think your token has been exposed, stop using that account and create a new one. Usage and deductions caused by careless token handling are treated as normal use.

ProxyMay offers four products that all draw from one balance.

• Rotating residential proxies: IPs assigned to homes, billed per GB
• Static ISP proxies: the same IP for a month, billed per IP
• Datacenter proxies: fast, low cost IPs, billed per IP
• Mobile proxies: IPs on carrier mobile networks, billed per GB

All products connect through one gateway, gate.proxymay.com:7000, over HTTP or SOCKS5. Prices and conditions for each product are listed on the plans page.

ProxyMay makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running well, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network conditions and operational needs can slow or pause the service for a time.

Proxy IPs can change. Rotating residential and mobile IPs change per request or per session, and a sticky session keeps the same IP for up to 120 minutes only. Target sites may block certain IPs or requests, and whether a target site blocks traffic is outside ProxyMay's control.

ProxyMay is built for lawful work. You may use it for:

• Collecting public data
• Ad verification
• SEO rank checks
• Price monitoring
• Website and localization testing
• Managing accounts that you own

The following are prohibited:

• Accessing, or trying to access, another person's accounts or systems without permission
• Spam, unwanted advertising, bulk sign-ups and other sending or registration the recipient did not ask for
• Fraud, phishing, payment abuse, identity theft and anything else that deceives or harms others
• Denial of service attacks, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, malware distribution and other attacks on systems
• Uploading, downloading or spreading illegal content, including child abuse material
• Infringing the rights or terms of the sites you connect to
• Reselling your token or proxy credentials, or handing them to others without permission
• Anything that breaks the law or helps someone else break it

You are responsible for the requests you send through the proxies and for their results. If you are unsure whether a use is lawful, check the relevant law and the target site's terms before you start.

Top-ups are accepted only in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). No other payment method is offered.

• Each top-up must be at least $20 and at most $10,000. When you visit from one of 72 World Bank low and lower-middle income countries, the minimum is halved to $10. The country is detected from your connection.
• A deposit request shows a deposit address and an exact amount with 6 decimals. The request is valid for 60 minutes, and each account can have one open request at a time.
• Deposits are matched by exact amount. A payment that differs from the amount shown is not credited right away.
• Funds sent on any network other than TRC20 cannot be recovered.
• Your balance is credited once the deposit is confirmed and checked.

Top-up bonuses follow this ladder: $100 +20%, $200 +25%, $300 +30%, $500 +35%, $1,000 +40%, $3,000 +45%, $5,000 +50%. The bonus is added as a separate line when the top-up is credited, and it is counted once. The amounts and bonus for each top-up card appear on the top-up screen in the dashboard.

Usage is deducted from your balance. Rotating residential and mobile proxies are charged per GB of traffic you actually use. Static ISP and datacenter proxies are charged per IP you buy.

The rate applied is the price shown in the dashboard and on the plans page at the time you buy or use the service. If your balance runs short, new purchases or further use may be limited.

You can review your balance and top-up history in the account dashboard.

Balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet. When a service fails, is not delivered, is canceled or is not processed, that amount is returned to your balance.

ProxyMay may suspend or close all or part of an account when:

• Prohibited use under Article 4 is found, or there are reasonable grounds to believe it is happening
• Service rules are deliberately bypassed, for example to get around the per IP account limit
• The account is causing harm to the service, other users or third parties
• The law or a competent authority requires it

For an account suspended for abuse, use of the balance may be restricted as far as needed to confirm and resolve the harm. You can stop using your account at any time.

The service is provided as it is. ProxyMay does not promise that it fits a particular purpose or that it works with every target site.

ProxyMay is not responsible for what you do through the proxies, for blocking by target sites or the accuracy of data you collect, or for losses caused by careless handling of your token.

Where ProxyMay is found liable, its liability is limited to the amount you actually spent on the affected service. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not limited by this article.

ProxyMay may update these terms as the service or the law changes. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date at the top.

If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
