ProxyMay Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ProxyMay stores while running its website and service, and how that information is used and protected. Only what the service needs to run is stored.
Effective 2026-10-19
01
What ProxyMay stores
The items below are everything ProxyMay stores.
Each account is identified by its access token. Information not listed in this table is not collected by the website.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Access token | A hash of the token and its last 4 characters. The original token is not stored. |
| Sign-up IP | A keyed hash of the IP you signed up from. The IP address itself is not kept. |
| Session cookie | Keeps you logged in |
| Language cookie | Remembers your chosen site language |
| Top-up records | Requested amount, status, deposit address, amount received, transaction id |
| Admin action log | A record of actions admins take on accounts or top-ups |
The content of traffic that passes through the proxies is not stored by the website.
Deposit addresses and transaction ids in top-up records are also public on the TRON blockchain. ProxyMay uses them only to match and check top-ups.
02
Why this information is used
- Token hash and last 4 characters: to check your token at login and proxy connection, and to show which token an account uses in the dashboard.
- Sign-up IP hash: to enforce the rule of up to 3 accounts per IP address.
- Session and language cookies: to keep you logged in and keep your language.
- Top-up records: to match USDT deposits to deposit requests, credit balance and bonuses, and look into questions.
- Admin action log: to track admin actions and prevent mistakes or misuse.
Information is not used for anything outside these purposes.
Stored information is not used to profile you for advertising, and it is not combined with data from other services.
04
How long information is kept
Account information and top-up records are kept while the account exists. After you stop using an account, they may be kept as far as needed for transaction records and abuse prevention.
The session cookie ends when you log out or it expires. The language cookie stays until you clear it in your browser.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or changed so that it no longer points to anyone. The sign-up IP hash used for abuse prevention exists only in a form that cannot be turned back into the IP.
06
How information is protected
- Hashing: tokens and sign-up IPs are stored as hashes, not in their original form.
- HTTPS: all traffic to the website and dashboard is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access limits: stored information is visible only to admins who need it, and their actions are logged.
- Login limits: login allows 10 tries per 10 minutes.
No security measure removes every risk. That is why ProxyMay stores only what it needs from the start, and keeps hashes instead of original values.
You keep your own token. If it is exposed, someone else can use your account, so store it somewhere safe.
07
Your choices
You can stop using your account at any time, and you can clear cookies in your browser yourself.
Because ProxyMay does not store contact details, the site cannot send you email or text messages. Important notices are posted on this page. The contact point is the support section of the account dashboard, and you can check the help page for common answers. The rules that cover these stored items also appear in the Terms of Service.
08
Changes to this policy
If what is stored or how it is handled changes, this policy is updated with a new effective date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated policy applies.
Larger changes are written so they are easy to spot in the paragraph they affect, compared with the policy of the previous effective date.
