ProxyMay Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how ProxyMay handles refunds. As a rule, refunds are returned to your account balance.

Effective 2026-10-19

01

Balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet

Balance you top up can be spent only on ProxyMay's four proxy products. It cannot be withdrawn to a USDT wallet or any other account.

So it helps to work out the usage you need before you top up. Rotating residential proxies start at $0.80/GB, and the plans page shows how many GB a given top-up buys.

02

When a refund to balance applies

The amount is returned to your balance when:

  • A service you bought failed and could not be used
  • A service you bought was not delivered
  • A service was canceled
  • A service you requested was not processed

Traffic already used normally and IP periods already delivered normally are not refunded. If a target site blocked your requests, the service itself is still treated as delivered.

A refund to balance is based on the amount actually deducted. Returned balance can be spent again on any of the four products.

03

Deposits that differ from the amount shown

Deposits are matched against the exact amount, with 6 decimals, shown on the deposit request. A different amount is not linked to the request automatically.

Such a deposit is credited to your balance after the transaction id and amount received are reviewed. Review takes some time, so include the transaction id when you write to support from the account dashboard.

Exchanges sometimes subtract a withdrawal fee, which changes the amount that arrives. Allow for the fee so that the exact amount shown is what arrives.

04

Deposits on the wrong network cannot be recovered

ProxyMay accepts only USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Funds sent on any other network or as any other coin cannot be received or returned.

Before sending, check in your wallet that the network is TRC20 and that the address and amount match the deposit request.

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by the sender, and ProxyMay has no way to retrieve transfers made on other networks. If this is your first top-up, read the top-up steps in the quick start first.

05

Expired or canceled deposit requests

A deposit request is valid for 60 minutes. If the exact amount shown arrives after the request has expired or been canceled, it is still matched, reviewed and credited to your balance.

Each account can have one open deposit request. If you have created a new request, send to the address and amount of the new one.

06

How top-up bonuses are handled

A top-up bonus is tied to the credited top-up it came with and is added once as a separate line. If that top-up is canceled or reversed, its bonus is reversed too.

For example, if a $100 top-up earned a bonus and that top-up is later canceled during review, both the top-up amount and the bonus it earned are removed from your balance. Bonuses from other top-ups are not affected.

If the bonus has already been spent, the reversed amount is deducted from your balance.

07

How to request a refund

  1. 1Log in with your token.
  2. 2Find the purchase or top-up record in question in the account dashboard.
  3. 3Describe the issue and send the request through dashboard support (it opens once the account has a credited top-up). For a top-up issue, include the transaction id and the amount you sent.

Requests are handled after the records are checked, and the result appears in your balance and dashboard history. See also the Terms of Service.
